We are headquartered in Little Rock. Our focus is to provide on-site and remote IT support along with a full complement of technology services.

This position will be primarily responsible for providing remote technical assistance (Help Desk) to business clients for technology related problems (Windows, Mac and networking related). Candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, client service and enthusiasm.
