The IT Management Pit Crew saved me two time in the past 20 days. First replacement of a crashed computer, ordering me a rushed replacement, transferring the old hard drive to my new computer, and allowing me to upgrade from dual monitors to triple monitors. Second, my external E-Book went bad. They picked it up and was able to save the data, transferring it to another external drive. There was a family history of photos, documents, etc going back to the late 1800's. Personal family history that I had spent 30+ years accumulating.
